Riese & Müller also offers a number of warranties too for peace of mind:

  1. Individual accessories and components have a one year limited warranty.
  2. While Bosch components carry a two year warranty
  3. And the frame a 5 year warranty against breakages.

We are a retired Australian couple who love cycle touring in the UK and Europe. We have recently... upgraded our bikes in Australia to Riese & Muller Superchargers and wanted to have the same bikes in the UK. We contacted EDEMO Electric Bikes by email and were delighted with their positive response. We ordered the bikes to be available for our arrival in the UK in late April and they were ready well before we arrived. We negotiated a suitable payment schedule for the bikes and they were delivered to our UK cycling base on a farm just outside Kelso in the Scottish Borders. We are now preparing for our first tour to Culloden and Inverness. We have ridden around Kelso every day since the bikes were delivered and feel very much at home on them. Obviously you’ve already done your homework if you are reading this. Yes Riese and Muller is... expensive but that old clichè you get what you pay for is so very true when picking this brand.If it wasn’t for the assistance of an E-Bike I’d no longer be able to cycle due to my health. So very glad I made the decision to opt for R&M.Edemo just made it a seamless transition. From meeting Dan and test riding various models, which over an hour allowed me to select the Delite. Super Delite would have been the obvious choice on paper. However once ridden I personally found the Delite handled better. Less weight and lower centre of gravity. So very thankful for the ability to test ride.Great service having the bike delivered by AJ, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly the GPS tracker ( additional purchase and very much recommended) was missing but arrived the following day. With direction was able to fit myself.I’d also recommend the Nyon as this also allows with the use of the Bosch app the E-bike motor being immobilised once the Nyon is removed. With this, the tracker and the two locks I use, it’s actually more secure than my work van!So yes I’d recommend you buy your Riese and Muller from Edemoread more

I live in the beautiful north east of Scotland and I do not have a local Riese and Muller dealer,... the nearest is some four hours away. However, having spent some serious time looking for and speaking to Riese and Muller dealers, it was clear to me that Edemo, was the company that I wanted to do business with, even though they were 600+ miles away!Dan was great to deal with, he was clear, knowledgeable about the products he sells and made sure that I got the bike I needed, which incidently was not in the size I was going to order!.I had convinced myself, having looked at the size guides, that I needed a certain size frame in the Superdelite, (clearly in my head I am quite leggy!!) and Dan was certain that I needed a smaller frame. He said moreover, if there was any problem, he would just take the bike back and get me the one that did fit. Obviously that wasnt necessary, as he knows his stuff and I trusted his professional expertise, thank goodness, as my new bike fits perfectly!The bike was delivered to me this week, by another extremely professional member of the team, who took the time to go over everything with me, making sure I was familliar with all the controls and how to remove wheels etc, should I ever get a puncture.In all honesty, the service was superb, from start to finish and I could not reccomend them any higher. I trust Dan, Edemo, the Team and I will no doubt be buying another bike for my partner soon, and it will certainly be Edemo that gets my business.read more

Really pleased with the service from EDEMO, I trialled the Supercharger 2 on two separate occasions... and asked lots of questions before going ahead. The bike arrived earlier than predicted and appears to have been well set up. It was great to have the personal delivery and handover of the bike which covered everything you would expect. I also have confidence that any future issues or questions I have will be addressed quickly and professionally. I’ve only been out once on the bike so far, very pleased with it, but early days. One issue I’ve had is trying to find saddle bags and in frame bags that fit the bike because of the Thudbuster seat post and the large section cross tube housing the battery. It would be great if bag suppliers would cater for these features. In summary A great all round performance from the EDEMO team.read more
