Riese & Müller’s Tinker model is one of its most popular due to the lower centre of gravity and feeling that you can ‘nip around’ on it. And now, you can nip around with a load on the back too!
In my opinion, the Multitinker is an ideal car replacement in the city: transport two children or a large weekly shop on the impressively sturdy 20 inch wheels and integrated frame bag. There’s even an added interface if you wanted to add a trailer.
The optional extras are really what make the Multitinker what it is. I’d go for a front carrier and bag, plus the passenger and safety bar kits to really maximise the load you can take. It allows up to 65kg so that should cover a couple of kids or a big bag of groceries!
You can also upgrade to the Kiox 300 if you’d like a little more information and a coloured computer screen.
As with most Riese & Müller bikes, you can also upgrade to a chain lock and bag, which always comes in handy when you’re darting about the city and don’t want to use up valuable space in your front bag.
