It was such a pleasure to buy my bike from Edemo after years of dealing only with internet based suppliers. I used the Bristol based office/workshop and enjoyed the entirely personal service provided by AJ who also delivered my bike to me when it was ready and explained how to operate and maintain it. Dan and the team at EDEMO were super helpful in getting my new bike sorted. We found them really knowledgeable, and honest in how they helped me choose; finding something that would be exactly suited to what I needed, not just the most expensive option in the shop. The process of trying out bikes and chatting through everything was enjoyable. For me, the Riese & Muller range that they stock encompassed great options. Using only one supplier did make the process more straightforward than at other places as EDEMO could provide a wider range of options rather than just having lots of very similar bikes from different suppliers. Dan was helpful in organising what we needed so we could use the cycle-to-work scheme. The pick up process was thorough and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed and knew all the ins and outs of the bike.

We received absolutely brilliant customer service from Edemo. They all have really in depth knoweldge about the different bikes so could answer any question. We could test ride any bike we wanted which is so important. They were really accomodating with our Bike to Work scheme. When we bought the bike it was delivered with a really in depth handover, and after sales support is very helpful. Can't fault them!

Very helpful staff in the Nailsworth shop (even though I came on the wrong day)Was able to try three different models and different setups which was invaluable and meant making the right choice of bike was easy.The R and M website is good but being able to try and chat about the various models and options made sense of it all. The Edemo website is also extremely helpful.Ordering was very easy and delivery happened when they said it would. When the bike was delivered it was all set up with a couple of small adjustments done on the spot.I would happily recommend Edemo to anyone.

Excellent all round buying experience. Dan was really helpful going through options no hard sell or pressure too buy. We visited his shop twice and test rode any of the bikes as many times as we liked. Nailsworth has good test ride conditions and good lunch stop for a nice day out. We bought 2 charger 4’s didn’t really want to spend that much money but they are already paying back as the car is parked up for many of our trips a 20 mile trip is quite easy now, we live rural with big hills. Bikes took about 3 months to come so if your thinking about it get your order in. They were delivered by AJ who gave us a good briefing. If you want a R &M get it here if your no sure go test ride one.

I recently bought a Superdelite and a Homage from Edemo. The quality of the products is a good as you would expect for the price and the service from Edemo was exceptional. Riding electric bikes as capable as the Riese Muller ones is really a completely different experience. I also ride a Thorn Nomad, an excellent comfortable unpowered expedition bike - on long UK rides (50 miles+), I tend to average around 9mph. On the Riese Muller bikes on similarly long rides, I tend to average around 14 to 15 mph in much greater comfort. Going uphill is an easy enjoyable experience leaving you with plenty of energy to crack along on the flat and with very free running wheel bearings, it zips down hills which, with the full suspension, feels very comfortable and controlled even at 35 mph+. If you are thinking of an electric bike and can afford the pricing, the Riese Muller range and service provided by EDEMO are both excellent and well worth it.

My experience in doing a test ride and purchasing my bike was friendly and very efficient. The test ride was a fantastic experience in some lovely countryside with brilliant hills to give the Load 60 a real workout and this sold me on the bike. Once I has decided to buy the bike the quotation and payment process was easy to follow and efficient. The bike was then delivered to my house at the scheduled time and they patiently went through all the details and any questions. Really good experience.

This is the 4th E-Bike I have purchased but the first from EDEMO. The service I received was absolutely OUTSTANDING.- Firstly in the process of ordering the bike, Dan was careful to ensure that the bike was the correct specification that I wanted. - Secondly on the delivery, AJ came along with the bike and after fully explaining everything he then patiently adjusted the bike to my fit, so when he left the bike felt like I could ride all day, it was that comfortable- Finally my water bottle did not fit where I thought it would do, so I was sent some new screws and fittings so that I was able to install it in my favourite position...wonderful service!One last thing I was fortunate that there was an offer on at the time, which meant I received a helmet and some tools along with the bike which were very welcome.A great service all round and I would confidently recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new bike.

Best Bike buying experience ever 😊Dan was so knowledgeable and a really enjoyable afternoon at the shop trying out all the bikes. No pressure and endless patience when looking at all the options.I went for the load 60, delivered before I expected, had it a couple of weeks now and absolutely love, love, love it.One option I wish I’d gone for is the double battery pack. Live in a hilly area, did 30 miles and limped home in ‘eco mode’ at 15%in case I ran out of juice, that or I just need to get fitter !! Also if you can go for the computer display, great bit of kit.From walking into the shop to the end delivery, everyone of the team has been brilliant, definitely recommend.

If Carlsberg made Electric Bike Outlets !Travelled quite a way to visit EDemo, as they had the complete R & M model range, although I was already focused on my choice, and wished to see / try it ( Homage ).Dan and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and approachable. No sales baloney .I was initially visiting to just see and try.They pre-built this bike to the specifications I wished for, as they had it in stock, apart from the “comfort” option - so the swept back handlebar & more comfortable saddle we’re sourced from additional stock.Once briefly ridden, it was a no-brainer as to taking it away.Only ventured out 3 times so far - but what a piece of kit!Not cheap, but the adage “ you get what you pay for” has seldom been more accurate.Would I buy from them again? Without doubt.Now for the tricky bit : to update the Wife…….

Had a first class experience with Dan from Edemo. He helped me choose my first ebike. Having booked a test ride everything was ready on my arrival, Dan readily explained what I needed to know about the bikes and after choosing which to ride I was let loose for as long as I needed. The shop is in a great location with massive hills in every direction so the bike had a good test. Once I had decided to place an order Dan covered all the possible options, there was no 'hard sell' at any stage. With the order completed I just had to sit and wait for three months. The bike arrived much earlier and with great comms a delivery was arranged. The handover and set up was very comprehensive and I was not rushed. Once I was happy I was left to admire lovely new bike and decide where the first ride was to be. The bike is totally awesome, the Homage with Rohloff hub and GT pack. I decided not to get the front carrier and bag but prior to delivery had a rethink and got it added. Very glad that I did, it's really useful and looks great. Dan and the Edemo team are highly recommended by me.

Dan and his team supplied us with a Swing 3 & Load 75 and I must say the whole process was a fantastic experience. Dan's knowledge coupled with his enthusasim for everything electric bikes makes you feel, right from the very start, you are making the correct choice with Edemo. The commuication from all team members is second to none and even though the Load 75 had a few delays, Dan and the team kept us informed of the reason and what the available options were. We are a retired Australian couple who love cycle touring in the UK and Europe. We have recently upgraded our bikes in Australia to Riese & Muller Superchargers and wanted to have the same bikes in the UK. We contacted EDEMO Electric Bikes by email and were delighted with their positive response. We ordered the bikes to be available for our arrival in the UK in late April and they were ready well before we arrived. We negotiated a suitable payment schedule for the bikes and they were delivered to our UK cycling base on a farm just outside Kelso in the Scottish Borders. We are now preparing for our first tour to Culloden and Inverness. We have ridden around Kelso every day since the bikes were delivered and feel very much at home on them. Couldn't fault the service provided by EDEMO. Thoroughly recommend Dan and his team at EDEMO and Reise & Muller bikes.

A long road back! On April 1st 2021, I broke my femur in a building site accident during renovations at our home. A tough accident at any time - however at 76 potentially life changing. As lockdown eased I was desperate to get fit again and spent time in the gym, however I decided that what I really needed to do was to get back into the outdoors in a safe, secure and manageable way. A bike I decided was the answer! Careful research led me to the Riese & Muller Superdelite as the optimum solution. A bike packed with benefits - well designed, powerful motor integrated with the Rohloff e-14 hub, full suspension, capability for touring and a a degree of MTB territory. I was greatly helped in my final choices by the excellent advice of Dan at EDEMO and by their wide range of helpful You Tube videos. The whole package delivered to my door in Edinburgh by the very helpful AJ with a full demonstration. The Superdelite is not a cheap option - however it is a value for money investment that will get me fit again with a capability to match no end of future adventures.In short the long road back from serious injury has been replaced by a long and winding road to hours of fun and enjoyment in our great Scottish hills! From the start Dan at Edemo was extremely helpful with all our queries and advised us with specifications and additions to our Riese and Muller Nevo 3 GT Vario Automatiq.We were very specific in what we required and Dan exceeded himself in supplying all our needs and even directed us when he felt something would not be suitable.On delivery AJ spent ages going through all the finer details of the bikes with both of us explaining each step, changing saddle height and handlebar configuration to suit our needs he was extremely patient and nothing was to much for him even though he still had a 6 hour drive ahead of him.Now that we have our pride and joy these bikes certainly exceed expectations and are truly the Tesla of electric bikes, well worth the extra expense to get the best.They are a pleasure to ride and sail up the hills for some we did not even use turbo and not having to change gears on the automatic was something to get used to but is so much better and easier to ride.Thank you Dan AJ and all at Edemo

Dan and the team at Edemo have made the purchase of our new e-bikes a pleasure from start to finish. My wife and I paid Dan a visit to try out some bikes. We both enjoy cycling but had never tried an e-bike. Nailsworth is an ideal location for this with plenty of hills to climb. I always do my research beforehand, but to me an informed opinion is invaluable and that is exactly what Dan can offer. He listened to our aspirations, asked some questions, and offered his suggestions. And the end result is we have bikes that we absolutely love. Charlie delivered the bikes and spent time setting them up and answering more questions. It’s a real pleasure talking to people who know and are passionate about their product. The 2 hour drive to Nailsworth was time very well spent and I would highly recommend paying Edemo a visit if you are considering buying an e-bike.

Obviously you’ve already done your homework if you are reading this. Yes Riese and Muller is expensive but that old clichè you get what you pay for is so very true when picking this brand.If it wasn’t for the assistance of an E-Bike I’d no longer be able to cycle due to my health. So very glad I made the decision to opt for R&M.Edemo just made it a seamless transition. From meeting Dan and test riding various models, which over an hour allowed me to select the Delite. Super Delite would have been the obvious choice on paper. However once ridden I personally found the Delite handled better. Less weight and lower centre of gravity. So very thankful for the ability to test ride.Great service having the bike delivered by AJ, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly the GPS tracker ( additional purchase and very much recommended) was missing but arrived the following day. With direction was able to fit myself.I’d also recommend the Nyon as this also allows with the use of the Bosch app the E-bike motor being immobilised once the Nyon is removed. With this, the tracker and the two locks I use, it’s actually more secure than my work van!So yes I’d recommend you buy your Riese and Muller from Edemo

I live in the beautiful north east of Scotland and I do not have a local Riese and Muller dealer, the nearest is some four hours away. However, having spent some serious time looking for and speaking to Riese and Muller dealers, it was clear to me that Edemo, was the company that I wanted to do business with, even though they were 600+ miles away!Dan was great to deal with, he was clear, knowledgeable about the products he sells and made sure that I got the bike I needed, which incidently was not in the size I was going to order!.I had convinced myself, having looked at the size guides, that I needed a certain size frame in the Superdelite, (clearly in my head I am quite leggy!!) and Dan was certain that I needed a smaller frame. He said moreover, if there was any problem, he would just take the bike back and get me the one that did fit. Obviously that wasnt necessary, as he knows his stuff and I trusted his professional expertise, thank goodness, as my new bike fits perfectly!The bike was delivered to me this week, by another extremely professional member of the team, who took the time to go over everything with me, making sure I was familliar with all the controls and how to remove wheels etc, should I ever get a puncture.In all honesty, the service was superb, from start to finish and I could not reccomend them any higher. I trust Dan, Edemo, the Team and I will no doubt be buying another bike for my partner soon, and it will certainly be Edemo that gets my business.

Really pleased with the service from EDEMO, I trialled the Supercharger 2 on two separate occasions and asked lots of questions before going ahead. The bike arrived earlier than predicted and appears to have been well set up. It was great to have the personal delivery and handover of the bike which covered everything you would expect. I also have confidence that any future issues or questions I have will be addressed quickly and professionally. I’ve only been out once on the bike so far, very pleased with it, but early days. One issue I’ve had is trying to find saddle bags and in frame bags that fit the bike because of the Thudbuster seat post and the large section cross tube housing the battery. It would be great if bag suppliers would cater for these features. In summary A great all round performance from the EDEMO team.

The sales process is about buying the right bike for you and not the bike the shop wants to sell and this is a major plus for Edemo, Dan really wants you to have the right bike, he has enormous enthusiasm for E bikes and his product and such a refreshing difference from most bike shops that really have no interest in helping you buy the bike that you need.Despite living some distance away, the buying experience was great, a good explanation of every aspect of E bikes and an excellent chance to try the bikes out. I was kept well informed over the progress of my order and the bikes were delivered, set up for us and a through hand over.Unfortunately our previous bikes from Edemo had an issue, a few months after delivery, I believe you can really judge customer service when something goes wrong rather than when everything goes smoothly. Despite living some distance away the bikes were collected, the issue ( related to an assembly error) was resolved quickly and the bikes returned all within days.Other members of the team are equally enthusiastic about E bikes and an outstanding customer experience. Dan has a series of helpful videos on You Tube which are really useful if your considering a purchase and helpful videos on keeping your bike running great.The Riese and Muller bikes are superb as well!

Edemo are, or were our nearest Riese Muller dealer and we chose them to supply our new ebikes. From start to finish the experience has been great. We visited to decide on the model and specification and were able to test ride similar bikes. The advice we got was sound and professional. Once we decided to order, the process was simple and straightfoward. There was a long wait but this was all to do with the global supply problems existing at this time. When the bikes were ready they were delivered quickly and efficently by Edemo technicians who set them up and also gave us good advice. There are also plenty of informative videos on U Tube that are helpful too. Well done Edemo!

When I started researching eBikes it quickly became apparent that the bike I wanted/needed was only sold by a select few outlets. EDEMO piqued my interest more than the others due to them being totally and genuinely interested in ensuring the customer is what makes their business and as such looks after them …. not only during the financial transaction but all the time thereafter. I like having the knowledge that should my machine break down then they will come and fix it!! ……. Really nice people to do business with, I have no qualms in recommending EDEMO, none whatsoever.If Edemo do happen to read this, please continue to do what you do…… don’t change a thing.

I am a keen cyclist and motorcyclist and have toured Europe on a touring pedal cycle many times. My obsession has always been two wheels.The service I received when selecting, proper testing in the Cotswolds and purchasing the Superdelite GT rohloff with Dan, Jen and AJ at EDEMO has been one of the best most helpful and most of all friendly I have encountered.As specified the Superdelite is an all round bike suitable for touring, country tracks and commuting. It rides and handles far better than I ever imagined and is far superior than many expensive e-Mountain bike’s that never venture on dedicated mountain bike tracks (I know from my old Specialized S-Works mountain bike)I would certainly recommend the optional Fox Float suspension its worth every penny and provides a fantastic ride that you can adjust on the go to suite the terrain.The brakes are equally as good as the S-Works which is amazing on a bike that is 10 kg heavier.On the touring Bosch setting the dual battery range provided over 120 miles over very hilly roads and Forest tracks in Worcestershire.The Rohloff e14 hub gears took a hundred miles or so to get used to but now comes second nature with the luxury of greater gear range and a virtual no maintenance belt drive.The Neon Display combined with my Polar heart rate monitor provides all the information ever needed, although I always get far more miles than predicted.Yes it is an expensive bike like my BMW 1250 GS motorbike, but in return you get quality and product that rides like no other. I have done over 300 miles in three weeks on the Superdeliteand ridden through Wyre Forest, hilly country roads and enjoyed every minuteThank youDan Jen and AJI came to EDemo as a customer and with their help and advice now have three new friends you don’t get that service very often nowadays!!God BlessTony WrightSent from my iPad

Excellent service from start to finish. Dan explained everything I wanted to know about the bike and went through all the different options, helping me decide on the spec that was right for me - not necessarily the most expensive items!.The ordering process, invoice etc went very smoothly and any email queries were answered at lightning speed by Jen. And then AJ delivered the bike, set it up for me and went through everything from the best front and rear suspension pressure, the Nyon display to even sorting out a small rub on the front disc despite having driven well over 100 miles to get to me and still having to drive back.If you're considering a Riese and Muller then honestly, you really need to give Dan a call.

Prior to purchasing a Riese Mueller bike, I ask Dan at Edemo numerous questions via email. He provided quick, informative answers, often backed up with comprehensive, well shot, high quality videos.I visited Edemo and Dan spent almost a full afternoon showing me numerous models which I test rode. At no time was there any pressure for a sale from Dan who is extremely knowledgeable on the full Riese Mueller range.I did purchase one, a Charger3 GT vario, which was delivered by Dan’s colleague AJ, having been kept up to date on build time by the RM website and also Jen at Edemo.AJ spent a couple of hours, explaining everything thoroughly about the bike, on delivery and ensured handlebars and seat etc were correctly set up for me. Again, he was very thorough and was adamant he was happy to stay with me until I was completely happy with everything.In short, I’m 100% happy with the service I received from Edemo. I highly recommend this bike shop!PS: I LOVE the bike!

After looking around extensively and reading plus viewing many many YouTube reviews I decided on EDEMO and the R&M brand as being the most suitable for my needs. In the first instances Dan’s information in YouTube form and also his very comprehensive briefing paper that you can download cleared up many points and doubts. After a brief chat on the phone I decided to visit his shop along with my partner to see and try out the bikes.Have to say his presentation and response to pre prepared questions was really professional, we weren’t rushed and got to try out a try a few bikes. This was the deciding set of factors for me. Someone who understood what he was selling and believes in his product. Conclusion was the Homage was ideal for me and my goals and leisure riding as a road bike (and trails) and fitness machine plus ! my partner elected for the Swing3 which I haven’t planned on, initially.The bikes were both factory orders and came through quicker that expected, and we soon had the technician AJ at our door delivery the bikes and going through the set up and checking the fit etc. Really helpful.Ok, R&M are expensive but I think they are value for money - you might save a bit by lowering the specification but I am glad I went with the ‘fully loaded’ version of the Homage. Riding at night is I have to say is a lot safer than my previous bikes.

Recently bought Reise and Muller Superdelite through Edemo cycles. Dan was excellent with his advice and guidance. Took his Demo cycle twice (on different occasions) to experience the cycle. Really smooth and comfortable to ride. He went through my queries pragmatically and professionally. I ordered the cycle few weeks after, reading up further and going through my discussions with Dan. The cycle was delivered by his colleague AJ at my Home. Kept me updated on all aspects of delivery. Overall very professional and excellent service. Dan has also continued to keep in touch with advice and tips. I would certainly recommend R&M Superdellite, and Edemo for the experience. Have been using it on and off road- a truly different experience from usual electric cycles!! Thank you Dan & Co.!!

If you’re reading this then you are already quite a way on your journey into owing a Riese and Müller bike. No doubt you’ve scoured the internet for info, shortlisted brands and watched umpteen videos just like I did this summer. Let me assist you by fast forwarding to the point where you’ve mentally committed to spending extremely serious money on a bicycle but now need the very best assistance to help you select the right machine, frame size, make comparisons, test ride alternative models, choose only the accessories you need and not the ones you don’t…..and to do all of that in the most friendly, stress free and informative environment where there is no such thing as a silly question, where you are actively encouraged to take another spin just to make sure, where you’ll meet a quite unique owner whose approach is to best understand what you need and help you separate that from what you think you want. And by that I mean Dan will not push the highest spec, most expensive machine at you at all. I made an 8 hour round trip to visit EDEMO from the North West and had a bunch of pre conceived ideas about what I wanted. I’m now the owner of a bespoke Nevo 3 that has been built to my exact spec, delivered to the door by the man who put it together (the wonderful AJ) and given the most comprehensive handover and all for no extra cost. In my experience this is a unique approach to sales and I can only wholeheartedly recommend that you make contact with Dan and take the trip to Nailsworth because quite frankly if you are serious about owning one of these amazing machines then don’t put your time, trust or hard earned cash into the hands of anyone else in the UK.Happy Riding!PS - one personal recommendation: when it comes to selecting which onboard computer display system to go for then choose the Nyon every time if funds allow - the built in GPS is a game changer and once paired with your smartphone and activated via a Bosch app it can also act as another form of lock for your very expensive machine by rendering the drivetrain inoperable once the display is removed and popped into your pocket or bag (effectively becoming an electronic key - there is a one off in app purchase fee of £7.99 for this - peanuts when you think what it might save you!!)

Fast, flexible, friendly and informed. I recently bought a Reiss und Muller bike via EDEMO and they made it super easy, including bringing it to my house to make sure everything was customised to me. Its a meaningful investment in some fairly sophisticated kit, so the personalised experience gave me the confidence to press ahead knowing I could get help from experts. Buying an electric bike can potentially be a major investment, which is why you want to deal with people who are friendly, knowledgeable, sincere, honest and genuinely interested in giving you the best customer service and deal that they can. You also want to deal with people who are quick in returning calls and answering emails and finding answers to your questions. Dan and his team at Edemo electric bikes ticked all of those boxes. I’m glad I trusted my gut instinct and bought my bike through them, rather than my local dealer. Good customer service like this is unfortunately not always easy to find.

Came across the EDEMO bike shop by chance, had been considering going electric for a while so went in for more info. Dan was extremely helpful without being pushy, very knowledgeable and had a genuine enthusiasm for the bikes. Was offered a test ride (no pressure), very, very impressed and placed a deposit for a bike the next day. Unlike some bike outlets EDEMO actually provide support for their product, so if you do have any problems they can fix them. Safe to say you can buy with confidence...

Having been encouraged by a friend to look at Riese and Muller bikes, I made contact with Edemo at Nailsworth and arranged for a test ride. In brief the courtesy and help shown by Dan the owner and his colleagues possibly exceeded anything I have experienced in 50 years+ as an experienced chartered accountant and with knowledge of being fully involved in running businesses large and small. The test ride was good and the bike was personally delivered to my home by an experienced mechanic who spent around one and a half hours adjusting the settings and going through all the matters that were needed to explain everything about the bike to me. I have owned bikes for more than 70 years so I am not a novice and was able to ask about the things that were of interest to me. So altogether most impressive and satisfying. (The bike is pretty good to!) So strongly recommended if you are looking for a high quality machine with unbelievable service. I am very pleased with my purchase of the Tinker model.

It was a bit of a drive to get to their shop, but well worth it. I got a very clear explanation of what I needed to know, and a very useful test ride with no pressure on time. Dan was knowledgeable and helpful, and did not try to convince me that I needed more than I did in fact need. As a result of which I bought a bike from them almost immediately. It was delivered to me some significant distance from their premises a few days later (on a day of my choosing) and the mechanic who delivered it was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a full introduction to the bike and set it up for my preferences, which basically took over half the morning. He did not leave until it was satisfactorily set up. First class service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. And the bike is great - all that I expected it to be.

Fantastic experience, great staff! Bike was delivered and a full demo/runthrough of anything you might want to know was given (I have had less thourough handovers with cars). They even helped me with setting up the saddle & pedals I use and made sure I understood and could ride the bike safely. 30 mins after finishing the handover I put the panniers on and left for a week long bike trip, thats how ready for action the bike arrived! The bike itself is fantastic and worth the price, it was easy to ride and is very stable (even with 35Kg extra load). I dont often review; but the service from Edemo was above and beyond anything I thought was possible, highly recommend!

He set out to get me the bike that best suited my requirements with no hard sell whatsoever.The overall service I received was as good as you could possibly get, I was kept up to date about my bike and the actual delivery by EDEMO themselves was a complete bike, then set up to my preferences - no big box and do it yourself assembly which I much appreciated.I would not hesitate to highly recommend EDEMO to anyone who appreciates extremely good and highly professional service.
